No Column for "Packing Slip Printed" in the awaiting shipment tab?

In the shipments tab you can have a column that shows if and when a packing slip was created. Wouldn't this field make much more sense to be a part of the awaiting shipment so you can see which orders still need a packing slip to be created?

What workflow does this support for orders that already shipped?

Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your feature request—I’m thrilled to share some great news! Users can now add a 'Packing Slip Printed' column in the orders grid and even filter by printed or not printed. It works just like it does on the Shipments tab, giving you more control and visibility!
