USPS First Class Letter placeholder value in tracking number field

When preparing a shipment in ShipStation, for first class mail, in order to update our channels and customers properly, we would like a placeholder value in the Tracking Number field (e.g., “NO TRACKING – FIRST CLASS LETTER,” “UNTRACKED MAIL,” or “N/A”).  Support advised there is a setting that allows sending non-trackable tracking numbers for domestic services such as USPS first class mail using envelopes. However, when you follow the instructions provided by support this service is not really available. Support then determined the functionality is not currently supported and suggested I request it in this space.
