Omit certain line-item properties from pick list

Currently we have some line-item properties we set in Shopify. Most line-item properties are visible to the end-user, unless you explicitly start its name with an underscore, in which case they're considered private and for internal use only.

Right now, those private properties are being output on the pick list which is confusing for our shipping team. For instance, we might have a property called `_uuid`, and now `uuid` is showing up as part of the product description on the pick list.

It would great to either:

a) have a way to specify which line-item properties should be ignored and omitted from the printout, or
b) just automatically ignore line-item properties that begin with an underscore.
