We have our packing slip template 99% perfect except for one frustrating issue; see image on this link:

On page two, three, etc. of the packing slips, the product item number, description and qty overlap with the table header so the bottom border is missing. It's a small issue, but it looks bad. Does anyone know the HTML code to resolve this issue?
