Print label without shipping

We would like an option to be able to print shipping labels without the order automatically being marked as shipped. Many times the carrier does not show up for days, but as soon we print the label the customer receives a notice that they have shipped which they have not.

You can actually go to settings, selling channels, and then store setup then select on the appropriate store and go to notifications. Here you can change when you want SS to send that the label has been created to the marketplace. You can set to upon label creation OR upon label scan. I think the later will solve your issues.
