Printing Labels by Buyer not Order

URGENT FIX PLEASE! This is a feature request but wanting you to fix what's not working. Our fulfillment center needs to sort and print our shipping labels by BUYER and the option shows available for them to do. However, when the labels print, it ignores the sort by BUYER and prints them by Order. Making their fulfillment packaging match up a nightmare! We are a season Christmas business and you are affecting us, them and our customer at this point! Very upset and frustrating!

Thank you for posting in the Community! I can absolutely see how printing by Buyer would be valuable for your workflow, and we appreciate you sharing this need with us.

I also have some good news! One of our support agents has reviewed your account and noticed that your current sort setting is 'Order Number: Lowest First' rather than 'Buyer Name'. To sort and print by buyer, simply update your sorting option to 'Buyer Name: A to Z' or 'Buyer Name: Z to A'. I’ve also included our Help Center article for easy reference.

This adjustment should give you the buyer-based sorting you’re looking for. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, we’re always here to help.

Actually our developers created codes to help our fulfillment center. So now we need to sort alphabetically the column called 'Warehouse Location' which should work, but it won't sort like it should A-Z. 😞 This is causing a MAJOR slow down in our fulfillment center. We have been working with Jonathan who then passed us off and now we are being contacted by Blake who is trying to get this moved up as a priority! We are heading in to our holiday busiest time, so need this to work ASAP!
