Printing through ShipStation connect on Zebra Printer

We are experiencing issues with ShipStation printing through shipstation connect.   We can print directly to the print without any problems.   Is there a fix for this yet?

I also had some issues with connect, but it worked after restarting. If that doesn't work try a fresh install.

Im having the same issue for two days now. I cant get in touch with shipstation because their service sucks ass.
