Product Bundle Issues

Hi there,

We are having issues with the product bundles feature. We want each component of the bundle to be listed on the packing slip. We have set this before, and it has worked, but has suddenly stopped. Some of them work, and some do not - and when selecting the override features and/or the Show Bundle on Packing Slip and apply to all open orders, there are no changes. No articles address troubleshooting this or recommendations to correct.

Any thoughts?

I have the same problem. I can't get the bundle Components Information. When I retrieve it via API its always empty. I've been contacting shipstation support for 5 months and the answer is always similar, that I should wait, that they are working on it and to keep an eye on the next releases. I really need this.
