Hi, I'm trying to make a shipping label though PayPal, and I keep getting this message saying "Purchase Error - Error creating label from rate. Please refresh the page or try again later." I accepted the auto-correction of the shipping address, and I found and put in the harmonization code for books (4901.99.00), and I’ve tried both Firefox and Google Chrome, but I'm still getting the message! I would e-mail customer support, but of course the help section here doesn’t actually list their e-mail address.
