Rapid state selection on manual order entry

Just a quick question on manually entering a new shipping address.

On most websites I frequent, tapping the first letter key of a desired state steps me through the various states beginning with that letter. It’s a nice time saver. I’ve not found that to be the case with Shipstation.

Is this a setup option I’m missing or just the way it is with Shipstation.

Thank you for your post in the community! I checked with the support team, and they confirmed that this feature is available. Simply select the first letter of the state, and you can quickly scroll through to find the state you’re looking for. It does  not appear to work they way I'm accustom to seeing it on other web sites.  If I select the first letter of the state, it just stays on the first instance using that letter. Expected behaviour would be to continued tapping of the letter would step you through all states starting with the chosen letter.
