We would like a more robust return system. One of the issues that we have is that when a return is received physically that receipt isnt communicated digitally to our customer support team. Having a Returns included in the API would allow us to take action about the creation of a return label, the receipt of a shipment for which a return was made, etc.

Thanks for joining us! Return via the API aren't available directly, but one method i've seen used as a workaround is to utilize the /shipments/createlabel endpoint and reversing the Ship To and Ship From addresses.
