I am new here and learning now to get my Wix store integrated with Shipstation.
Wondering if people have some thoughts on how to implement this...
My Wix Store has an item Product A that can be purchased. Product A has to be shipped as two items - Box 1 and Box 2. Box 1 has a weight of 22 lbs that is a collection of a few items. Box 2 has a weight of 5 lbs. Box 2 could be purchased separately in my store. The idea of Product A - it is a combo pack of a few items available on my store that could be purchased individually...but if bought as a combo pack, the customer saves $.
I need to ensure shipping is calculated properly on my Wix store for the two boxes during checkout.
I have both the Bundle and Auto-split enabled. I was working with support on this. We have a Bundle created for Product A with its own SKU. Product A is a bundle of two SKUs within ShipStation.
The testing we have done by creating a manual order for Product A, it is creating two line items Box 1 and Box 2 with their respective dims and weights, but it is keeping it as one shipment and I have to manually split the package into 2 shipments within Shipstation. When I try to order Product A within Wix, it is quoting shipping like it is one box.
How do we get Shipstation to quote the proper shipping within Wix for the two boxes?
Thanks,
Scott
