Our ERP system is pulling all orders from ShipStation, and using the ShipStation interface for label printing and packaging. All of our orders are pulled from separate different sales channels. Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce, our product SKUs contain most of the order and product details. If any customers ask for changes to orders, we can't override the SKUs on ShipStation, so all orders to pulled from ShipStation go to our ERP systems as they came. It would be very beneficial to override the SKU codes so that we can make necessary changes to orders.
