Scan to Print - hang up on Priority Mail

We use Scan to Print to find our orders and ship the USPS orders through that function. On First Class mail the print label button works every time not problem, if the package is shipping Priority Mail it will hang up in processing and you have to hit the ESC button to get out of it and then rescan and more than likely it will ship fine.  Does this happen to any one else?  Have you found a solution?

From checking into the behavior you described, this does not seem to be a widespread issue. Due to this, if you are still running into this behavior, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly so that we can initiate a more direct investigation into your account specifically.
