Search Orders/ Shipments needs to be able to recognise Postcodes and more

When searching for orders in Shipstation, the search feature is very limited and not reliable. To search by postcode, you have to mess with filters and type in the exact postcode in the filter section - the search bar needs to bring up orders by postcode by default as this is a basic feature on other platforms. It should also work with or without the spacing between the postcode. 

The screenshot atached is the start of a postcode for the most recent order we have which we can clearly see on the orders page, but Shipstation returns no results despite it being on the program.
