Seeing Tags in New Interface

Hello,

I would like to see the tags for all the orders when looking at the Orders Dashboard.

The new interface doesn't seem to give me that option or I am looking in the wrong place.

I know you can filter by tag but I need to see each tag on the whole screen.

Is there a way to edit the columns to see the tags?

Hello there, 

I am happy to report you can absolutely see those tags from the main orders grid/dashboard! To do this, click Columns in the top right hand corner and ensure that TAGS has the corresponding check box checked. If you'd like to see it first from the left, you can also choose to "Pin Column". 

Its also important to note that you can click and drag those columns left and right to re-sort them in the order you need. You can review those options in this Knowledge Base article about ShipStation Account Customization!
