We have multiple fulfillment locations enabled in our Shopify Account. We have order tags and rules in place to prevent certain orders from importing to ShipStation, but it's not perfect. Orders that are imported into ShipStation but are then marked as canceled/ fulfilled in Shopify are not automatically updated as "Shipped" or "Fulfilled" in ShipStation.
Instead, the current setting/ workaround is the Fulfillable Quantity Setting. This setting has to be enabled by customer support and requires orders to be manually reprocessed to update the order information in ShipStation. Even with the manual reprocessing, ShipStation only updates the quantities requested to ship in the order. If the order is canceled/ fulfilled, "0/0" units of the line items will be updated in ShipStation, resulting in the order still needing to be manually marked as "Shipped".
When can an update to this setting or store connection be expected so that manual reprocessing and updates to orders do not need to be made?
