I would be really helpful if we, as the seller, could get a notification when something is in transit for more than 7 days. This would allow us to reach out to the customer and be more proactive if there is a delay in shipment.
Or thoughts on having an auto generated email that goes out to the customer if a shipment is in transit longer than 7 days.
Would anyone other than me find value in this?
