copies copies copies

here we go again, ship station asking for 5 copies of each label.  Every order sent to the rollo printer pumps out 5 copies. I have requested help , as I have in the past and get zero response. Last time it happened I deleted the program and started over. Any one else ver see this issue? thanks

same here. shipstation pumps out 2 copies with different tracking numbers / labels for all my walmart orders. support has no solution. are the tracking #'s the same on the 5 copies?

Im having the same exact problem. 5 copies of every label. All identical. Rollo printer. Did you find a fix?
