Yes we also cannot get into any of our ship station accounts

First thought it was connected to AWS outage but Amazon is stating that has been repaired.

Finally got logged into at least the forum after 10 minutes. Still cannot login into shipstation itself at all though. Has anybody heard anything from Shipstation?

We still can't login either.

For what it's worth, here's ShipStation's Status page: https://status.shipstation.com/

It's Monday, and it's almost lunchtime (12 PM). I'm unable to log in and process orders, so I have to revert to the old-fashioned method of logging into each platform individually and printing one by one. Yet, ShipStation keeps increasing their plan prices again and again.   Get your own server !,

Shipstation has been down all day in georgia2025-10-20_131509.jpg

I am unable to log in and I also got a similar error and the page looks the same. "Request failed with status code 500. Url was /account/planInfo?includeUsage=true”. Since I can’t log in, they won’t let me like comments or add photos.

wow! it seems to be a nationwide problem 😮, same here in OK

Yes I think so. I’m in CA. I still can’t log in, it just keeps spinning and switching to some other version I think. So dumb.

Hello @BarnwoodUSA!

Thank you to @Chad_Kinsworthy for sharing the ShipStation Status page. At the moment, AWS is experiencing an outage that’s impacting some services. You can subscribe to updates through the status page to stay informed as things progress.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing and appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.

To clarify, this outage is affecting our ability to login. Correct? My team and I are unable to login at all.

The outage is over for most. Could it now be a Shipstation issue? We're cooked- Amazon doesn't forgive. WE NEED to get these orders shipped.

AWS is still showing things are down.

If it helps, I've been shipping off of my phone all day.  The app is still working even though I can't log in on our PCs.

You're lucky. App has been down for us all day too

Even if it seems to be an Amazon related issue?

I wasn't sure what they mean by AWS. so I asked them:.......

Thanks for your great question! When we talk about an 'AWS server,' we're referring to Amazon Web Services, which is the cloud platform hosting a large part of ShipStation's infrastructure. So, if AWS runs into any issues, it can impact our service. Rest assured, our team is collaborating closely with AWS to get everything back up and running as soon as possible.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Best regards,

Catherine M.

We are unable to login still. Got through with a few orders this morning before it stopped working again. Hoping it's resolved soon. 🤞

This downtime is unacceptable.

I hate shipstation, even if this is AWS's fault! Just thought I'd throw that in there!!

No surprise... got a message from the warehouse that ShipStation wasn't working. That's all too common.

I've got a workaround that is a USE AT YOUR OWN RISK fix for the AWS outage that has cutoff ShipStation users.

Only tested on a current version of Google Chrome on a Windows 10 desktop.

Launch Chrome. Use the ss2.shipstation.com address... it will load the SS3 version... immediately click on the ORDERS tab, let it load and then IMMEDIATELY click on the X to the left of the address bar. This will prevent the page from continuing to load which will send you out of the SS3 version of ShipStation and into the Ship3 version. the SS3 version is working like it always did and is a nice little reminder of how much better ShipStation was before all of the updates. You can create labels as long as you don't refresh the page. If you allow the page to reload you'll have to close the tab, start out on SS2 / SS3 again and stop the page.

I could NOT get this to work in FireFox. It would keep attempting to load the page to the new version no matter what I tried.

Aloha

Login is still down, the status updates are less than helpful

It's hard to know what's what when login only 1/2 works on 'stable' days.

Unforgivable that an operation like this would not have redundancy built in for just such a situation.  Out ALL DAY and put us miles into the hole trying to work around this.

2 days later and I'm still struggling with importing orders. 429 Too Many Requests errors. Support has been less than helpful. I'm searching for alternatives. Pricing keeps going up, service going down.
