For the second time in three months, we're dealing with a complete ship station meltdown after we were deluged with orders following a national media mention. The software marked orders as received and "waiting to be shipped" when they never downloaded from the system; I was only made aware of missing shipments when I got slammed with angry customer emails. This is outrageous and I'm planning on switching to Shippo asap.
Has anyone else experienced this?
