As our company, like many others, is looking for cost savings opportunities, we came across the USPS Automated Flats option. This shipping option delivers in a timely fashion, and is significantly cheaper than our current offering. However, there are packaging changes needed (that we actually are totally onboard with). What are are finding is that ShipStation doesn't provide the IMB number/link after label creation, plus the cost of the shipment shows on the label. Our company would need the link so we can provide this to our customers and prevent confusion of their shipment.
How long would it take to get this feature added to ShipStation? We can't be the only companies that wish this feature could be utilized better. It would significantly help our brand and could help many others... This just keeps us all happy with ShipStation and the health of our companies strong so we can continue to invest in ShipStation for our future growth and financial strength.
