Hello! I’ve been a longtime Shipstation user. I just bought a new computer and first thing I did was try logging into ship station. I was left with an error message that stated “we were unable to fetch the captcha token”.
I’ve tried clearing my cookies and cache, 3 different web browsers, incognito mode and a private tab, 2 different internet connections, I don’t have a vpn either. I don’t know what’s going on and I’m super frustrated that I can’t do a simple task like logging into Shipstation. Any help would be appreciated here

Regarding the Captcha issues you’ve been experiencing, I see that you reached out to our Support team earlier this week, but your login attempt was affected by the AWS outage, which has since been resolved. It appears that you’ve already attempted all the recommended troubleshooting steps. The next best step would be to contact support@shipstation.com for further assistance and, if necessary, to escalate the issue to our IT team.

Was this issue ever fixed? Been having this issue as well - new computer attempting to log in.
