Uncombining Orders

I just combined three orders in error when there only should've been two.  What a nightmare. It changed the address on all three orders to the address of the one that should not have been combined.  I could not figure out how to go back to before I made the error. Just spend an hour on chat trying to rectify.  This is a serious flaw in your system.  Orders combined in error should be able to be uncombined and back to their original status!!

I have had this problem in the past as well. You should be able to uncombine orders as easily as you can combine them.

Let's hope SS gets with the program and works on that.  Trying to fix that mistake took up my entire afternoon and in the end, was impossible.  All I could do was delete the shipments, then ultimately ship them manually via UPS World Ship, so it also caused SS to lose money on those shipments that I was forced to ship through an alternate shipping program.

I hope they fix this. I know the process to uncombine is not easy. On the label(s) you printed for that order you should be able to void them and get the money back on your account. If you are able then you may need to go and manually mark them as shipped to remove them from your que.
