I'm getting this error for an imported order:
Reference field 1 exceeds max character limit (max length 50)
Which line in an order is the reference field? There are no custom or other fields in this order, and there aren't in the upload. I use this upload all the time and don't normally have this issue.
The 3 custom fields are blank. (I even put text in them and erased them in case they somehow had uploaded data).
None of the address lines or email field are over 30 characters.
Any idea what is causing this error? Thanks!
(Edit: I copied the address and manually created a new order. Literally just the address and customs field. Nothing over 30 characters. Still getting the same error)

Heya, I finally fixed mine. Basically on a foreign order, all the 'extras' you add to your label template is added up, and it can't exceed 50. So for me, for international orders, the 'thanks for shopping with us! and 'shop discountmylarbags.com' were too many characters. I deleted some of that stuff and it worked fine.
