We are using V3 and have a Fairbanks scale connected to ship station. Usually, the weights import into ship station correctly, but many times a day, they start importing the wrong weight. It's like the decimal place moves 1 digit over. For example, a 5 lb 2 oz package, will import as 52 lbs. To fix it, we have to reset the scale. It imports correctly for a little while, but after some time it will suddenly changes the decimal point again. We've been unable to identify anything that might be triggering the issue. Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone know of a fix?
