WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SUPPORT.  THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD DEALING WITH A COMPANY.  I HAVE HAD SOME FRADULENT CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT BY UPS AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE!!
