we've got a ton of order that have to get out! why is shipstation so unreliable? can only get as far as selecting the service and then when you try and purchase and print it comes up with error message 403 and 503

This is the second time this has happened and is impacting my business. We're paying so much and we get nothing back when this happens.

Getting a rate error now because of the 503 error. Cannot ship anything.

Our business is still receiving constant errors. This morning (PST) it was mostly 403 and 503 errors, but now we are mostly getting 404 (not found). We are due to have several pallets picked up today, it would be nice if we could actually have the product labeled and ready to ship.
