I am having enormous labor to overwrite to enter each order with an email address before the Create & Print label can be printed. This only happen with " GLS Courier " not on Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar etc..
Anyone know how to fix this issue and have spend so much time with both Tech support ( Shipstation mention it was GLS who required this info.) and when you speak with GLS, this is not a requirement plus when we use the web based , it does not need that to be filled up ( Optional ) and no issue.

Would like to get update as the email chain between GLS and Shipstation has so far not result or No update in solving tis issue.
