Adding a new carrier in the list

Hi

There is a growing-up carrier in Canada called "ICS Courier". Is it possible to add it to the list when I fulfill it and mark the order as shipped? I have to select "other" as the carrier, which doesn't provide a clear indication to my customer. Adding "ICS Courier" to the list will make a difference for me and it should be something easy to do for you.
