Allow importation of Woocommerce completed orders

We have a Woo B2B store that automatically completes orders as they are submitted, because all items were dropshipped from 3rd party suppliers. Recently we added some products that we're stocking now, so need to selectively allow some completed orders to push into Shipstation. Not worried about sending shipment details back to the store. Just need these in-house orders to be in Shipstation so we can generate postage labels efficiently. 

Surely Shipstation could develop an override option for store setup that would allow us to bring in completed orders. We could then use rules to keep on the ones with items that need to ship out.
