http://compass.ups.com/new-ups-access-point-locations/ Allow delivery to UPS Access Points. According to UPS, this requries a different kind of label, and the cost is a little different - somewhere between ground to a commercial address and ground to a residential address.

Any update here?

This would be extremely helpful as we are being charged a "residential area surcharge" by UPS on all parcels delivered to a residence. Integration with the UPS Access Point API would save our company thousands of dollars.

How is this still not integrated yet, all your main competitors have it! https://shipperhq.com/ups_accesspoint https://goshippo.com/blog/shippo-ups-ready-program-fedex-compatible-partnerships/ I'm considering leaving ShipStation just for this feature!

Hi, any further update on being able to ship to a UPS access point? Last posts are dated.

This is an extremely important feature. We use Access Points for customers that only have PO boxes or live where UPS would otherwise charge a fee to deliver to them. The problem is, if you don't select 'hold at UPS access point' and ship it to an Access Point, that access point has the right to charge your customer a fee. Yesterday I had a grumpy customer agree to pick up at The UPS Store and when he showed up, they wouldn't give it to him unless he paid $7. So he refused delivery and left a bad review. I spent an hour on the phone between the customer, the point, and my UPS rep. The bottom line is, we are counting on ShipStation to make this feature work, and as the premiere shipping provider, it should already have been an option. So let's go SS!! I've attached a screenshot of customer letting me know this happened.

We NEED this integration! Come on shipstation, this topic has been pending review for over 5 years.

This would be a great enhancement, we are debating going back to UPS/worldship because several key UPS functions are missing. Like getting emails about delivery verifications so address could be fixed in real time and this being able to send directly to access point in known bad area's with high theft.
