Hi
About 10 - 15 percent of shipments sent via Royal Mail fail to produce a label due to the length of the address line field. Most of the addresses are being fulfilled by either our own website that uses Goole Address lookup add in or manually by the customer. The maximum for the google tool, the website manually entry form and the ERP (NetSuite) is set longer. Some carriers allow for these address but Royal Mail's limit is 35 characters. Would it be possible to have an option to allow Shipstation to truncate the address line 1 and 2 down to 35 characters.
This would vastly speed up out shipping process as we despatch 1000 to 3000 Royal Mail parcels a day at peak
