Have The stores auto refresh every 15mins

Having to manually refresh the Amazon store during working hours is fine but over night sometimes orders dont go in shipstaton for at least 2 hours. We have a seperate API to put internal notes on that only work if orders come in every 15mins which means most of the overnight orders don't get there notes and someone has to manually do them the next day. 

Would be handy to have a scheduler instead of relying on what ship station deems and responsible demand in the background.

Do you have API Access to ShipStation? 

If so, the below helped our org solve this problem as well.

Thanks for the info. I don't think we have access to this API as its a direct connection to our Amazon store that is the issue.

Something we found with our amazon integration (which may be different than yours) is sometimes amazon will hold orders for some period of time. Someone in our org changed a setting so amazon orders that are pending payment get put in the awaiting payment status then get moved to awaiting shipment instead of awaiting shipment after payment is approved. 

We are then able to use this endpoint to refresh our amazon integration on a more frequent schedule.
