When Pickup in Store is selected in Shopify, it fails with ShipStation.
After packing, we "Mark as Shipped" in Shipstation. This closes the order, sends a notification to Shopify, which then removes the "Send your package is ready" button from the order. Our customers then receive "your order has shipped" basic notifications.
We use Shopify to alert our customers rather than ShipStation.
