With a sale on shopify, I may have to include more than one tracking number for an order made for a customer for a fulfillment. This is useful in the case of if I had to split an order. Allowing multiple tracking numbers allows me to update the customer with both in shopify.

We are in need of the same thing.  We have notice if we void a shipping label and recreate, the new tracking numbers only go into notes and not update the tracking number as well.
