We ship tons of packages to Amazon Canada from the US. This delays EVERY SINGLE shipment we send to Canada by several days. I also don't understand the point of a digital commercial invoice if we cannot attach our NRI# to this, which causes the shipment to get held, someone from customs reaching out to inquire why we didn't include our NRI# and waiting for us to send it back for them to release it. 

 

PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Any updates on this @shipstation? How can we setup an NRI account as the responsible party for Duties and Taxes?

At this time, ShipStation doesn't support this type of NRI account, but its very good to know this is desired. We appreciate your feedback!
