Update Extension to Support Adobe Commerce 2.4.6

This isn't a feature request, but is an expected support level to maintain connections with Adobe Commerce stores using Magento version 2.4.6. New order sync works, however updating Magento with shipment status and tracking information is not working with Shipstation's current Magento extension.
