When I change a status to Completed in Big Commerce an email is automatically sent to the customer. I would like Ship Station to trigger a status change at Big Commerce when Ship Station is notified of a delivery. The reason for this is to let customers know right away that a delivery is made which I hope would reduce the potential of theft.
For this to work, Ship Station would have to check more often for a delivery notice.
