Frequency of auto refreshes and it's impact on workflow, errors, etc.

Please reevaluate the frequency of store "auto refreshes".  This has a much bigger impact when working with international customers.  We are working with a customer that, due to the time difference, is updating their orders in Shopify at virtually the same time we are trying to ship them in ShipStation.  This has caused product that should have been cancelled, etc. to be shipped when it shouldn't be.  This product is valued at almost $1000 a piece, so when this type of error occurs, it is a big deal.  As a result, we are having to keep a separate Google Sheet, which basically defeats the purpose of the integration.  Please consider changing to every 15 to 30 minutes.  Thank you!
