Our company recently moved to V3 (new layout) to find the users in the Assigned To drop-down menu (the actionable button, and the filter) are in no discernable order. The list of users that appears is not in alphabetical order, user add date, the order appears to be complete random.
We have 45+ users and need assign/un-assign/reassign orders often. This indiscernible list adds processing time to our team. I have not seen any other thread in the discussion forum addressing this.
