Set ship-from location based on selling channel / store name? Automation rule not working

I'm trying to have different ship-from locations set for different selling channels. My desired end result example: I have 2 eBay accounts, and I want the correct eBay store name to appear on the shipping label, in the return address spot.

The street address/city etc is the same, only the name on the address needs to change.

In the past I've done this by setting up 2 different Ship-From addresses and selecting it manually each time. But I often forget to do this when shipping orders from multiple accounts.

I'm trying to do this with an automation rule, but it doesn't seem to be working. Best I can guess is the "Order Source" criteria doesn't mean the sale channel Store Name. I don't see any other option that might filter by selling channel. So I set "Order Source" - does contain - [my store name]. But I either get an error or no matches.

Any tips on how to achieve this? Thanks!

Hello,

Follow these steps:

Create a new automation rule > add your rule name > select "orders match these specific criteria" > click "add criteria" > in the dropdown menu - select "store" > keep "includes" > Select your appropriate store name. Under "action type" dropdown select "set ship from location." Then select the appropriate ship-from location that you have saved. Once you save this automation rule, scroll down and click "re-process automation rules." Go to the orders that should be affected and see if the ship-from has been updated on them.

Repeat the process to setup the automation rule for Ebay account #2.

When new orders import, the appropriate ship-from address should be applied.

That works perfectly, thanks! I must have been overlooking something, maybe I was just looking for "selling channel" and overlooked "store" for some reason.
