We would like to be able to add items to orders based on automation rules. For example a sticker or an instruction card, items not typically purchased at the time of sale. Right now we cannot control packers including these non purchased items.

I believe it would be very beneficial to all users to allow for the electronic submission of customs forms with UPS From ShipStation -- just as it is for FedEx, DHL Express, and UPS Standalone accounts.
