Currently unable to process batches. It validates labels and then sits
with a spinning circle forever. Currently have contacted support twice
and neither time have they resolved it. Is anyone else effected by this?
I would love for this feature to launch. Sometimes when a customer
orders on a platform that has 1 day delivery and the delivery date is
set out two days, I can get the order out on the order date and save a
few bucks by using a 2 day service instead...
This has been a consistent issue on all 3 of our workstations over the
past few months, support has constantly gave us the same troubleshooting
steps with no results. It seems to happen during the later half of the
day
