Delivery Confirmation use to be Preset for all of my orders as a
default. Now, all of my orders have "No Confirmation" as the default and
I can't seem to fix it. Is this a bug? Is it no longer supported? Can I
fix it? Thanks
Over the past couple weeks or so I see that info. is required for both
the return address "name" and "business." Why is that and is it a bug?
I've got the same info. listed in both areas just so that I can print,
but it looks ridiculous. Thanks
Is it just me or is there no where to change the date of the shipment? I
was just FORCED on over like the rest of you to this new version and am
using the "Sidebar" feature, but don't see any feature to change it if
necessary.
All of a sudden my labels are now automatically saving to my PC. I tried
poking around real quick, but don't see anything of use. Anyone know how
to disable that?

adds in a random personal name as well? And what does a person do that
doesn’t have a business name? Just think for a second about any boxes

It's simply within the "Ship From Location" tab, no particular carrier.
The interface requires that you fill in the box with your full name AND
business. It should simply be either or, not both.
