Creating label and assigning carrier is having problem. Is there a problem with shipstation right now?

I used GetRate from the API to get rate from ShipStation UPSCarrier code: ups_walletedUnder ups ground packageGot 10 dollars from api, but only 7.19 on the website. I’m not sure what is the difference. I check everything anyone have the same problem?...
