GetRate on ShipStation UPS different from API vs Website on UPS ground

I used GetRate from the API to get rate from ShipStation UPS

Carrier code: ups_walleted

Under ups ground package

Got 10 dollars from api, but only 7.19 on the website.  I’m not sure what is the difference.   I check everything

anyone have the same problem?

ps. All the other service like 3 day delivery, 2nd day and next day.  I got the same rate from API and website. Only the grounds are different

If you are seeing a discrepancy it is possible that this occuring because of the different information provided when pulling each rate call. However, I think that the best way to figure out what is truly going on is going to be to work with our support team.
