Did this issue ever get resolved? Also, I'm curious, why do you add Quickbooks? Do you track sales that way? I didn't know that was even an option to connect these 2.

Yes, always use AMZ for Cubic. If you're shipping to Canada or out of the country then another service would be better there as far as savings.

I deal mostly with shipments under 1lb and do not have the concerns you do. I do not get things rejected for being overweight, and I know I push the limit sometimes. Big to me was knowing where USPS did their jumps in price. For me, items only go out...

Just a thought, but couldn't you make yourself as the recipient of all sales and then bang out a Return Label for each order with the end user's info?
