Being able to file a claim through UPS One Balance from ShipStation Form has been great. BUT there needs to be a better way to track claim status and updates. The only way to do it now is to contact ShipStation via email/phone. If there was a dashboard we can see the live status of claims that would make the workflow way more efficient.

Not to mention you may never get resolution.  We are 7 plus weeks into a claim where UPS has long ago acknowledged they lost the package.  Contacted support is of no use as they will just tell you they will submit to billing who never actually get back to you.
