Hello,

Welcome to our brand new Community. We are so excited to have you here and for the future of the ShipStation Community as we continue to grow and expand.

I want to welcome you to this new space and introduce myself to you.

I am originally from a small town in the San Francisco bay area and have been in Austin for almost 7 years now. I live with my husband, dog, and a mischievous cat.  I am obsessed with Wonder Woman, Brooklyn 99, Bob's Burgers, Veronica Mars, The Fast and Furious Franchise, and I can be a bit of a Disney nerd. I love using gifs and memes in everyday life and make homemade soaps and shower bombs for fun.

I have been with ShipStation for almost 3 years now.  I started with the Major Accounts Support team before moving to the Community. You might also recognize me as the host of ShipStation’s Ship & Sip series where I get the opportunity to chat with some of our amazing users about their business. I love our ShipStation users and helping them succeed.

I am so excited to meet all of you and see you around the community. If you ever have any questions or concerns I am only a private message or mention away!

That being said, I would love to learn a little more about you as well. Please go to our Welcome Post  and share a little intro of your own so we can get to know you, too.

@Nnn I've come to the conclusion that no one at ShipStation actually reads any replies to threads. It's just post and move on.

Hello @Rich ,

Thanks for being a part of our community. All comments on the community and reviewed and while you might not always see a public facing response for everything posted, please know that all of this information is shared with the relevant internal teams. The thread you linked to is a great example,  the team responsible for development has been in contact with the community and has been actively aware and involved in the collection of feedback.

This being said, if you have issues where you feel the software or any feature is not working as intended, the best way to handle this is going to be to report this to our support team directly. This is how ShipStation tracks and triages emerging potential issues. This team has the tools to help properly investigate and  all incoming reports are tracked to properly assess the impact of the issue  to prioritize proper fixes.
